'Graffiti Wars' has won RTS Television Award - 20/03/2012

"Praised by the Jury for an extraordinary portrayal of the ruthless world of the graffiti artists and the dramatic battle of one to protect his territory and his trademark."

'Graffiti Wars' has won The Royal Television Society 2011 (Arts category) award! The programme followed London graffiti pioneer King Robbo as he waged turf war with the infamous Street Artist Banksy.

Here's the original trailer for the programme broadcast last year on 14/08/11:

LDNGraffiti worked with the programme makers by researching and submitting a substantial amount of photographs, only a small contribution to the whole, but very proud to take part! There's more info about the awards winners on the RTS website.

A great achievement for the programme makers and a great tribute to King Robbo. LDNGraffiti wishes King Robbo, get well soon, and his family and the all of the team all the very best.
